About Me

My name is Cory. I am a mom, a wife, a NaNa, and a critical care nurse that lives in Nashville, TN. I have found my calling in ER/Trauma/ICU. Each day I find myself experiencing life changing events and hope that by reading my posts, you will experience and feel some of what I do. If you read nothing else, please take time to read "The Hardest Question Ever Asked". It's my very first posting. And if for some reason you think you see your story here.....you don't. It's not about you or anyone you know. =)

I think that i saw a little bit of this on the news.. but even though it is graphic, i believe that it should be aired. People need to know, especially teenagers, the harsh reality of what could happen if you don't pay attention while driving. People always think that it "could never happen to them", but i'm sure that after watching this, they would reconsider and think more about possible consequences.

by the way, the video is missing the part where they come into the trauma unit and trauma RN cory saves the day!! =) Now, that would be a pretty sweet video but still meaningful of course.

it takes something like this to open people's eye's....i know it did for me. thanks

Brittany - you are so precious! YOU are going to be the one saving lives. It was fun while I did it though. That Golden Hour was an adrenaline rush.

And K- glad you're still reading and doing so great!!

this sure is a graphic video i will be showing my daughter this one thanks..kimberly

I agree. It should be shown in every high school. Just like the accident videos shown in driver's training (which used to be done in US high schools).

Did you hear the front passenger's neck crack after the 2nd car hit the girls? Yikes.
